
East Coast Elite Baseball is excited to bring back its annually acclaimed Winter Workout/Tryout for the 2022 season.
Registration is limited, and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. The Winter Workout/Tryout is designed to both improve the individual player’s skills, and prepare them for their upcoming High School and Summer seasons. Our instructors have all participated and/or coached at the highest levels of baseball, and will pass their knowledge on to our enthusiastic and talented student-athletes.
We are happy to announce that this years clinic will be offered at the spacious Athletes Warehouse in Pleasantville, NY. "AW" will provide ample space for defensive work, strength and conditioning along with multiple offensive/defensive stations throughout the facility.
We will focus on all aspects of the game – offensive skills, defensive skills, conditioning and flexibility, mental aspects and approaches. There will be a separate pitching component and off-season conditioning tips.
During our 10 week workout we will focus on developing each athletes ability to increase their Hitting, Fielding, Running and throwing in preparation for the upcoming 2022 season.
In 2021 East Coast Elite had its best year to date and continues to grow as one of the top programs in the Northeast.
East Coast Elite was tabbed as one one the top 100 teams in the country by Perfect Game USA (#71 Nationally)
We are excited to continue this tradition and continue building young student athletes in preparation for the next level.
Cost for the 10 Week Workout is $550 Per Player
